The current page for people to send ACHs and checks, as well as view their payment activity and manage their payment recipients.
There’s 2 ways for a user to pay a recipient through their checking account dashboard:
<aside> 🚨 People wanted the ability to edit and delete existing ACH and check recipients, as well as a better interface to manage them on.

<aside> 📢 By providing an interface for people to change their recipient details, people can easily update the information with significantly reduced friction - instead of calling us, they can update it themselves from their own dashboards.

There were a few options to design this display. An initial design was to combine ACH and check recipients in a single list. However, this might’ve caused confusion as having a person as both an ACH and check recipient would be repetitive – small business owners usually pay people and vendors in a single method.
Ultimately, separate lists were used for the two methods to make a clear distinction how the money was being sent and to whom. It also provided better organization, as it helps people recall which method they use to pay specific recipients.
